She said the consultations in Moscow are designed to prepare discussions included on the agenda of the G8 summit to be held in St. Petersburg July 15-17.

During the G8 summit in St. Petersburg, navigation along the Neva River and the eastern part of the Gulf of Finland will be forbidden from 9 a.m. on July 13, 2006, until 12 a.m. on July 18, 2006, with the exception of river boats taking part in the summit’s events. The Russian Transport Ministry has entrusted the Federal Agency for Sea and Inland Water Transportation and the Federal Service for Transportation Control to take charge of organization and information measures.
