High-Level Expert Seminar "The Post-2015 Development Agenda: towards a new partnership for development" was held in Moscow on March 12, 2014, organized jointly by Russia's G8 Sherpa Office, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Bank Group.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of international organizations, including the World Bank Group, the United Nations and its agencies and programs such as the International Labour Organization, International Organization for Migration, World Health Organization, UNDP, UNEP, as well as senior experts representing international and Russian academia, think tanks and NGO's.

The participants discussed the current Post-2015 UN processes, their preliminary outcomes, existing challenges and opportunities, the dimensions of partnership on the Post-2015 Development Agenda, including finance for development, perspectives of the Russian Federation in the ongoing broad consultation on the Post-2015 Development Agenda, as well as the engagement of the civil society and the private sector into implementation of the new development agenda.

Round table discussions that the expert community and representatives of the civil society, youth and the private sector took part in resulted in formulating a set of recommendations to contribute to different international processes, including the High-level Meeting of the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation in Mexico in April 2014.
