WORKING MEETINGS SUMMIT2006

Senior G8 Authorities for Environmental Protection and Industrial Safety of the Energy Sector will meet in the President Hotel in Moscow on the 23rd – the 24th of March.

The meeting is to be attended also by representatives of the European Union, United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), World Bank, International Energy Agency, responsible for optimization of environmental and industrial elements of the energy sector safety system.

The meeting’s agenda includes plenary and sectional sessions on energy safety and reduction of negative impact on the environment.

Konstantin B. Pulikovsky – Chairman of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia will hold a press conference on the results of the meeting.
